Jay Alba is a very compasionate caring man, he is a loving father of two beautiful girls and my wonderful husband of 18 years, helping people has always been like second nature for him, even as a young child he could feel the calling to help others in need.

 

It wasnt until he was much older that Jay started researching different spiritual cultures and the uses of energy. Jay became particularly interested in the native american teachings that dealt with our connection to the earth and all the things that inhabit it. He always felt rejuvenated when he was outdoors, but never fully understood why until now. During his research Jay came across the practice of reiki, now he had a name and a deeper understanding for what he had already been doing! These teachings have given him the ability to help clients balance their physical and spiritual beings.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

With much encouragement from family and friends Jay took the next step and obtained his liscense for massage therapy. It has been a long road for him to reach his calling, and now he wakes every morning with a smile knowing that he gets to do something he truly loves! Jay has been told by several clients that he is gifted in the art of massage, and they are blessed to have found him. Through relaxation of muscles with massage and the internal energy that Reiki offers, clients leave with a total sense of well being. Jay will continue his quest for knowledge to better understand and help all who need him.
